We bought a Carburetor from Carburetor City in Pretoria on 13/11/2013. We decided against using it and took it back on 18/11/2013 for refund, we were willing to pay a 10% handling fee for parts correctly supplied but the owner refuse to accept it or to issue any refund. Although this is against the consumer protection act he just told us to do whatever we want he will NOT issue the refund.
