So apparently UPS delivery time from London to Johannesburg is supposed to be 2 days. I booked them for an extremely urgent parcel that I needed delivered - so far it has been 8 days, and they have NO IDEA where my parcel is. When I phone and give them by booking reference number, they tell me they cant help me because they need a waybill number, which I was never given. They expect me to phone around and do their job for them, while they all sit back and pretend nothing is wrong. When I ask for a manager, there is no one there. DON'T EVER USE UPS!! They have the WORST customer service I have EVER experienced.
