After submitting a complaint in writing to Hyundai's electronic email customer care, I didn't receive any follow-up. I phoned a week later, submitting my complaints with regards to an awful servicing experience at the Menlyn branch. I was unable to return a voice message left due to poor quality and attempted to submit another email requesting follow-up in writing as I am often unable to take calls during regular hours. Again no response. After several attempt to contact the Customer Call centre, leaving messages, I am still no further?
