Calls being ignored, no call back, holding

I have been on hold for more than 2hrs on the national call center of Avis today alone after I have been calling them since last week for a deposit. Now I would hold for 22min and the phone gets cut off all the time or it's answered no one talks and you can hear them chatting and laughing talking about some Brian. While my phone bill is going high and high... I'm sure to submit my phone bill to Avis this month...
