My car was supposed to go in for repairs today, the 22nd of Jan. Yesterday I was on the phone for 30 minutes but NO ONE FROM AVIS ANSWERED!! (none of the Discovery consultants!!).
Everyone at Discovery AND Avis knew exactly when my car was going in. Today I'm stranded WITHOUT any transport - I need to go to the Vet with a sick pet and everyone at Avis are just pulling up their shoulders!!
TYPICAL USELESS SA SERVICE!!!
