Confirmed that stock was available, made arrangement to collect the following day arrived at appointed time, waited one hour for the step to be delivered. Part of the step was not galvanized, the lever handle does not function properly. This was a round trip of 150 kilometers. Most probably have to do it again to rectify the step.
Gregg was not available he went of to the airport. This was not the first incident that I have experienced with Vista Motor-homes, and subsequent my complaint to Hello Peter.
