Where did McCarthy Pre-Owned Edenvale get my numbe

I keep receiving spam from McCarthy Pre-Owned Edenvale via sms.

Where did they get my number and why must I pay for a premium rate sms to opt out.

I find this very unprofessional and I am not happy that a customer I have never dealt with has my name and cellphone number.
