I would like to advise you that i will be reporting TOys r us stores to the consumer protection board of south africa. my husband purchased the WII U online and paid for the order at around R950, only to be called today to advise him that there is no stock, and they will replace it with another version which is a lower grade console.he advised the lady that he will wait till they got stock and she advised him that this would not be possible. This is unacceptable, if there was no stock no item should be sold or advertised on the website for that matter, toys r us took money for an item that they did not have it seems. i am so angry, i will most certainly broadcast this on every consumer communication forum.
