I bought this Ford territory in September 2012 at CAPE MOTOR CITY in Goodwood. Right from the first day i noticed a loud noise emanating from the front diff and informed the dealer via email. They promised to pay for the repairs. However there were several delays from their side and eventually the businesses closed for December and I was promised by them that they will sort it out in the new year 2013.
However now they have decided to rather pay R4000 to me instead of fixing the car - since it will cost R8000 to do the repairs at Ford. i informed them of this, but now they are refusing to pay for ANYTHING.
SO PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP - CAPE MOTOR CITY. They also advertise in The Voice and Die Son newspaper. ----STAY AWAY ---STAY AWAY ---STAY AWAY
They are bad for business and MUST be avoided at all costs unless you love losing money!
