Amount added to my finance without approval

I enquired with KIA East Rand about extending the Warranty & Maintenance Plan for my current vehicle, I then did an Application for Installment Finance with the FNI (JACQUES LE ROUX) to assess if the bank would approve should I choose to accept the Terms & Conditions. I then received my monthly statement from MFC and was shocked to discover that the amounts for both the Extended Warranty & Maintenance Plan were added to my current vehicle finance without me signing any agreements with either KIA or MFC to do so. This has subsequently increased my installment amount. When speaking to various Call Centre agents to rectify the situation, they are extremely unhelpfull and hopelessly under trained for their jobs. MFC has illegally added an amount to my finance and is defrauding me by extorting money from me for no reason. I still have not received any decent help regarding this query
