I have just had my car washed at the ENGEN GARAGE in Fairways Durban north. Whilst washing my car the guys washing it removed my wedding ring that I had placed in the door console, and it disappeared and was never to be seen again.
When I approached the owner on duty he turned to me to state that he can do nothing about it, and responded to me that its life and these things happen so sorry and proceeded back to his office. I questioned his customer service, and he again said sorry for the incident and that it was unfortunate for me.
The part that concerned me was that he did not even take my details to follow up if they found my ring during the day.
Poor poor service and shocking at a popular garage, in my opinion terrible attitude from owners will not get you places so come down to earth old chap and look after the customers concerns who keep your money rolling in to your business or you might end up regretting your bad attitude.
Never use ENGEN FAIRWAYS DURBAN NORTH! A bunch of employed there
