I took delivery of a vehicle in July 2013... in terms of the contract photographs have to be uploaded monthly before the 7th. I have tried to use the services provided but it never allows me to upload the photographs, in order to meet my obligations the photographs have been sent by e-mail.

I have made numerous complaints but the Call Centre never phones you back... they will respond by e-mail if I am lucky... to date no luck in receiving any payments as per the agreement.

How do I cancel this contract???
