On the 4th October 2013, my husband's isuzu 2012 tipper truck was towed to meyers motors, motors because it had a problem with the starter.its now almost a month and there is still no progress, we have been doing the follow up on the progress and they had never contacted us. When we contacted them today they stated that they still awaiting the parts, it has been a month now and they has been no progress at all made by far. This has really cost us because this truck is the main source of income. This truck is still under warranty and it was towed to meyers motors as it was the nearest dealer. I feel we have not been treated fairly in this regard, because we do not know how long we must still wait and unfortunately we in desperate need of this truck as the projects are now put on hold because of its absence.
