I feel its fair to make mention of the service I received from Robbie Corsani.
Robbie went out of his way to ensure I was a satisfied as a customer. We possibly gave each other enough stress to lose some hair, but not once did he make me feel unwelcome or make my concerns seem trivial. He accepted full responsibility for all shortcomings and went beyond the norm to ensure I was happy.
Robbie's customer service is an asset to the company and I will definitely recommend Proline to anyone in need of repairs.
