SPRINGFIELD GEARBOX & DIFF did repair work my Nissan Maxima automatic transmission box in September 2013, and were subsequently installed on the 24th September 2013 in the vehicle by Elton, mechanic from SPRINGFIELD GEARBOX & DIFF. The result was that the transmission does not select gears other than 2nd gear forward and the reverse gear.
I have continuously tried to take the vehicle back but was repeated denied by Donovan Clarke. It is my understanding that my right to a warranty on repaired goods are being denied under the Consumer protection Act.
Please Help me in this regard as he is refusing to resolve the matter. I can forward all correspondence to you if you need more information.
