DID NOT SETTLE MY CAR IN TIME

I RECENTLY BOUGHT A MAZDA 5 FROM IMPERIAL SELECT ALBERTON, TRADED MY JEEP IN. SO THIS WAS DONE ABOUT 2 WEEKS AGO. BUT ON SATURDAY NIGHT A DEBIT ORDER STILL WENT OFF FOR MY JEEP, SO MY JEEP STILL HASN'T BEEN SETTLED... GOT A DEBIT ORDER THAT CAME BACK DUE TO INSUFFICIENT FUNDS. THE BEFORE SERVICE WAS GR8, BUT THE AFTER SERVICE, PATHETIC. THE MANAGER NEELS WAS SUPPOSED TO PHONE ME BACK AND NEVER DID. I WAS TOLD THERE WAS A SERVICE BOOK AND NOW THERE IS NOT. NEELS WAS SUPPOSED TO CLEAR THIS UP AS WELL, BUT NOW HE IS DUCKING AND DIVING! I WILL BE ASKING FOR THE MONEY FOR THE DEBIT ORDER AS WELL AS BANKING FEES FOR UNPAID DEBIT ORDER AND A LETTER FOR SAYING SORRY FOR INCONVENIENCE.
