Poor service from SMG Cape Town

I delivered my BMW 320i for an oil leak repair on Wednesday 30th at 8am. I was called at 13h00 to say it would need to overnight and that is should be ready by 13h00 the next day. On Thursday I called Warren, the service consultant, between 13h00 and 15h00 as to when the car would be ready. Warren could not commit to a time. Eventually at 16h00, when my work office closes, I called again at which point I was told that the driver was dispatched at 16h00 and that Lizelle would call me to confirm this. The driver collected me at 17h30. I asked him what time he was dispatched. He said 16h45. I complained about the service and Warren said that Clifford James would call me on Friday (the next day).
I've received no call.

My car was 2 days at SMG and I don't think the work done on the car warranted that amount of time and secondly, with the blatant lying and poor correspondence, I had to wait 90 minutes for transport back to SMG which means I got home after 7pm.
This service was NOT good, definitely NOT very good, and certainly NOT excellent!!!

I was intending to upgrade my E90 to a F30 with Adil Khan (sales consultant) at SMG but am now very disappointed about the level of service
