082CARWASH disappointed me once with vouchers that stated that it could be used everywhere, which was not the case.
I decided to give them one more chance to prove themselves as a leading carwash franchise, and sent my car to get washed (Seats included). After receiving an estimated time on when they will be done, I went back to collect my car, only to see that they managed to clean the car in a state that I never managed to clean it before (in the specified time provided). They saw I was sceptic in the beginning and they went the extra mile to make sure they deliver exceptional client service. They really gained a client back, and I will not hesitate to go back, or to refer anybody to them.
