We are in the market for a new car and I can say without a doubt that VW treated us the way new customers should be treated. Louis organised a car from Edenvale for the test, offered us coffee and we sat down to discuss the offer. Louis gave us the best value for my wife's car trade in and also made a plan to get us a price immediately. Louis then proceeding to give us a very good deal and dealt with everything very professionally and put us at ease. Unfortunately the car just doesn't suit our needs but if we were buying a car based solely on service, we would buy from them in a heartbeat.
