I made a booking with capital car hire for a car for the couple of days I was visiting Cape Town. When I made the booking, I asked for a 2012 Toyota Yaris from the ECONOMY class, which was why I chose that option, otherwise I could have picked a cheaper option. Upon arrival, they informed me that they are to give me a Fiat Punto. I then told them that I specifically asked for a Yaris, but they said that it was the only car that hey had on their fleet, and the only other car that they had, was a BMW which would have been more expensive. I then asked to speak to a manager, but the manager was"out". Ok so I then figured I had no choice so I took the car, but when I paid, they added an extra amount on the bill for contract fees, which they did not specify anywhere in the terms and conditions when booking the car, which actually made the car more expensive that what I could have gotten it at another supplier. Strike 2.Then, when receiving the car, the car had a LOT of damange on the bodywork, the worst that I have EVER seen on a rental car. And apart from that, when I got in the car, the seats of the car was FILTHY, with chips still lying on the back seat. Worst rental experience EVER
