BMW Removed Motor plan to force clients hand

My BMW was in for a small repair at Zambesi Auto, I was quoted one amount and charged almost double without any consent from my side.
Then when I Requested that this be corrected my motor plan was suspended and where unable to repair my car under warranty.
BMW SA was asked to assist in this matter and till today no response.
