In May 2013, I had a set of rims and tyres installed. The sales team was excellent with the help and advice in selecting the appropriate wheels.
Later that week I discovered that the car had a vibration at higher speeds, I tried numerous times to have them balanced but it never went away. I contact auto style and they immediately assisted me. Junaid was pleasant and went out of his way to help me.
They swapped out the tyres, they tried to put a replacement set so I could drive whilst they sent them for testing.
In the end, 5 months later, I opted for a refund and with no hesitation, they transferred the money in full back to me.
I have always shopped at their store but never thought that they would provide such outstanding service.
I will continue to support them because they really look after their customers.
