Bad service

I took my Bolero in last year to Mahindra Nelspruit for a major service and receiveved my bakkie back, drove for about 2 000km when the diff begin t make a lot of noise.
Took my bakkie the next day back to found out they cannot help me as their workshop manager was on leave.
I went to a garage and found no oil in diff, they fill the diff and while I was trying to resolve this with head office and Nelspruit no one could help me. After refilling I drove 40 000km with no leak as claimed by Mahindra.
Heatoffice said that the vehicle has done over 60 000km and are out of warranty and cannot help me.
Nelspruit said that they must make mistakes so that thehey can get more money.
After R 11 500 for repairs @ Mahindra Nelspruit I did not have any handbreak.
Took my bakkie back a few times,
I took my bakkie to Nelspruit break and clutch and receive better service there.
They showed me the cables was clamped between two steel plates and that half of the screws for holding the breaks was missing.
After Break abd Clutch repaired and replaced screws my handbreak is working 100.
