Ad service and bad attitude

I mr la burds took my polo vivo to vw hatfield for a 60000k service and a crack in the window and was assisted by Lucas Oosthuizen. He took my car in and i explained to him that my disk on my front wheel is not in good condition because it kept ondamage my brake pads which was replace 2weeks before the 60000k service and i was charge for it. to my knolege the did not replace the brake pads the previous service. At midday 15h30 mr luca oosthuizen called to to inform me that they will only start working on my car at that moment and the promise he made is that the car would be ready by 16h00. i ask to speak to his superior to which he drop the phone. i called their compliant department VW SA spoketomrspotgieter to which at that stage i was very angry and she got me online with their work place manager cant remember his name and at the word go told me that they do not do disk scimming very blatantly and an arrogance in his voice as if we will not listen to you whatever you say moving away from the point that the service was not render as to the agreed time to service my vichle. i got hold of their complained dep and talk to a LEANDE and she told me they will get back to me
