I Would like to lay a serious complaint about Trevor, regarding a Matrix system, that was installed in a friends car. The friend is a pensioner and I have asked Trevor to contact her and sort it out - this has not been done.
Do you perhaps have anyone else that can provide a decent service with the right attitude for customer service?
