And new car gear box broken. they don't care

My kia picanto has 11700 km only. 2013 model. First gear is broken. Does not work. Took car there on saturday 19/10/2013. Was promised diagnosis would be made by monday. No courtesy car offered. It is now wednesday and still no diagnosis. I still have no transport. I am a rep I need my car desperately. The attitude of the staff and the managers is disgusting. Like they doing me a favout to fix my car. Which has extended service and maintainance plan. They just do not care at all. Story after story and I am getting no where. This should not happen on such a new vehicle. I have never felt so much like a third rate citize never. When u buy a top spec vehicle at over R170 000 one would expect a bit more support when something goes wrong.
