I recently purchased an AUDI A3 1.8t 2009 Model from the above dealership, The car had various DEFAULTS from the day i collected it and has been in and out of the workshop eversince. I have called the dealer in countless occassions and Yesterday the 22 October 2013, the vehicle didnt want to start and had to be towed in to the workshop. The dealership has been telling me that they do not have a loan vehicle and i have to now walk to work and i cannot do my daily work without a car cause i require a vehicle to move around and do my duties. I have since called the dealership and advised that i do not want the car back as it has been trouble and not a pleasure to drive, i have asked for a better car or something reliable and that will be a pleasure to drive. I beleive that the 80 point check on that car was not done and if it was then someone didnt do a proper job hense im not struggling without wheels and No answers. I do understand that these guys are just salesman, but i should be a happy Customer not a complainant. All i want is another car that will make me happy and will not be imposed on me but will be affordable and a pleasure to drive.
