MB TREATED ME LIKE A CRIMINAL

SOME PERSPECTIVE: I HAVE BEEN A SANDOWN MOTORS CUSTOMER SINCE 2001 WHEN I BOUGHT MY FIRST AMG. FOR 12 YEARS I HAVE BEEN TAKING MY VEHICLES THERE FOR SERVICES AND THEY COST ANYWHERE FROM R4 000 TO R15 000 A POP. READ BELOW HOW THEY TREAT THEIR LOYAL CUSTOMERS...
Unbeknown to me some funds hadn't cleared on my business acc and hence my debit card was declined for my service of R11 000 last week 15 Oct. At the branch I requested if I could then make an internet payment to which they agreed and in front of the staff made the payment and printed proof thereof. Then I was told that before I could leave with my vehicle, the funds had to REFLECT in their account?? This was even after they called Nedbank to verify that the payment had been made. So now I was even more embarrassed. I was told to 'PAY ANOTHER R11 000.00' on my personal CC and they would refund me the payment because now the internet payment wasn't good enough??
I paid another R11 000.00 how sad!! It's been over a week now and after many calls and promises etc, I'm still waiting for my refund yet I had to pay immediately to get my car released?
Makes me feel good about being their customer- NOT
