In December I went to Vereeniging Mazda and Ford I was helped by sales Person Thabiso Mofokeng,
He told me that he included a service plan on my purchase of Ford Figo Ambient. Today when I took the car for the first 20 000 km service, I was told that my car doesn't have maintenance plan nor service plan. I need to pay out of my pocket I was not impressed and said to Ford Fury in Midrand I will call them back I need to call my sales person, to my surprise today he is telling me he doesn't remember saying that. I asked him what did he mean when he said he doesn't normally do that, but he did it for me because I and a first time buyer I shouldn't worry about service plan. If sales people are giving us false information, who do we run to as first time buyers. I am very disappointed.
