My Kia Sedona died on me at the end of last year. The whole fuel system had failed. The repair entailed the replacement of a large part of the fuel system. This was obviously a logistical nightmare which involved Kia SA, and various third party suppliers.
Stephanie Lanning from Kia did a fantastic job in managing authorisations, organising third party deliverables and balancing customer expectations. This is very commendable in that she could have easily "passed the buck" as she did not in reality have any control over the authorisations and deliverables.

I also dealt with George Haward (Dealer Principal) who was accessible and sympathetic to my situation. This is a massive, multibrand dealership and I think its truly commendable that you are able to reach the top when required.
