Extremely Bad Attitude and Service

I requested a quote August 2013.The Estimator (Liewlllyn Johns) told my details but didnt provide a quote.By the 06 September the quote was not received so I went through to see Liewlllyn Johns. Upon going to his desk and informed him of this. His response " This can't be true as I did send it through" before I could respond he received a call and left leaving me unattend. The odd thing is he wasn't specking to the person on the phone he was just saying "who was is going to F.. speck to him".30 min passed and I asked for assistance. Liewlllyn Johns response with his finger pointed at me " Listen here, You must just sit there and wait, we have a crisis with BMW SA". then I more forcefully asked for my quote. Laughing with an attitude he said "I told you I sent the quote and I have proof". When I checked his PC I saw that he typed my maail address correctly. He did not apologise just said "tell me when you get the mail". When the car went in to be repaired I was informed that it will take 5-7 days however it took 14, Liewlllyn Johns response to the long lead time "well I am just giving you an update" There are so many other issues
