I bought a brand new renault Sandero in December last year although the car is registered 2013.first of all I waited three months to get my number plates, and my service book which I had to beg for.after calling constantly for find out where they are.eventually got them..a month later realized I had no spare tyre, called the dealership and explained the situation, was spoken to very rudely and accused of been a as the car dealer would've done a all round check with me (which he never did)-pathetic service.
Apart from that there was a strange noise when drive up and down hill, took my car to the service centre was told they had found the problem and they were waiting for a part and that they would call me, that never happened I had to call them back two months later and was told they didn't know what I am talking about... since then I have been back SIX times and the noise is still there!!! oh I was also told that this is normal??? i don't think so.i am very upset as this is my first car and have had a absolute nightmare..
Can anyone help me!??? i don't want this car!!! i have missed out on work and been very put out by having no car!!! we are now in October and still a problem
