I am very dissapointed in the pathetic service I have received from VW this week.
I dont drive my car badly and dont drive on bad roads... On the weekend the fan belt of my Polo Vivo broke for the third time in 2 years. I understand that stuff breaks, but really, why does this keep happening. I have done all the services on my car (the last one less than 2 months ago) and never has anything been picked up as wrong.
I then proceeded to call Menlyn VW to arrange a new fan belt to be installed... After R700 I was promised that the fan belt would arrive today and only after phoning now again (probably the 10th time I called them this week), they said that the part will only come tomorrow.
I am just very annoyed and sent VW SA an email on Monday saying I was displeased. I havent heard anything back, which shows me that they dont care. I am very close to selling my Polo and never purchasing or recommending VW to anyone in the future.
I rarely complain but I am just fed up this week!!!
