Car was sent in about a month ago for a 120 000KM Major Service and on Thursday I dropped off the car to have a Ball joint replacement done which isn't related to the engine at all. Then Today on Friday 12th April they call telling me that After they took the car on a test drive it broke a Timing Belt and say that they will charge me for the replacement even though they Broke the Belt.
I don't understand what I paid almost R5800 for if they did not replace the timing belt?! I'm very disappointed in the way Renault is trying to from their customers with shady dealings in their service department.
