Hi,
I took my car for a service which was taken on group on for R298.
A guy called Johnson took off my mags and messed brake fluid all over my one mag which then damaged it completely eating the paint away after i had just sprayed all my mags over a few months ago. I have taken pictures of all my mags showing none of them are damaged except the one which was damaged by Kessel Motors Employee.
I contacted the garage as I only realized when i got home, I spoke to the Manager who then said it is not there problem. I asked for contact details for the Owner of the place and I was told he does not have any contact details for the owner which is complete B.S
Also one more thing after they completed my services this so called Manager also wanted to charge me a extra fee of R303 for lord alone knows what and this is not on the group on deal.
This is the worse service I have ever had and i would like my wheel to be resprayed because this was not damaged when i arrived at Kessel Motors.
