I insured my vehicle and the excess is R3300, and the excess for my mags is R1000. I hit a pothole and 2 of my mags got damaged, i called the claims department to claim and they told me to meet up with their assessor at hoedspruit panel beaters for inspection for in case the car got some damages and quotation. The car is fine and only the mags got damaged, they quoted me for the two mags only, but miway wants me to pay R3300 plus R1000 to fix the mags. It's very sad because they cant keep their promises
