After purchasing a Groupon voucher to have my car serviced at Kessel Motors, I took the car on 28 August 2013.
I requested that they look at a few minor things as well as do a diagnostics test on the vehichle.

When I followed up later on the day when they would be done, the guy said they were finishing the vehicle's service and I could come collect the car. He just however that something with regard to the compression of the vehicle was problematic. This would cost me a further R950 to have fixed, which I inturn said no to.

Collecting the car, I waited around for a few minutes and what to you know they tried to bill for the compression! Eventually the guy said no the only extra billing was for the diagnostics at a cost of R350. I am however still waiting on proof that the diagnostics was even done as I received no print out confirming that it was.

I've been trying unsuccesfully to get answers from the people at Kessel Motors and have come to conclusion that even though I was charged for the diagnostics it was never! Which makes me wonder if the service was even done at all as i'm still experiencing problems with the brake cable I asked to be looked at.
