My car (Triton Double Cab) went 90 000 kms service with an unknown noise. I was told my gearbox was faulty, a new one was ordered for the following week. 3 weeks later I called and was told to bring my car in on Thursday. I was given a single cab as a loan car.
3.5 weeks and I still dont know what is happening with my car. The only call i have received is from the service manager after a complaint a week ago, however he left a message on my phone that I could not hear.
Repeated promises have been given that my car would be ready on Friday however I call at 3:30 each Friday to find out if I can collect it. I now have a new service consultant dealing with my car as the first one has been on leave... He does not call either!
The first gearbox was faulty so a second one has been delivered for installation. The second Gearbox arrived on Tuesday. When I made my normal 3:30 call this past Friday to find out if I can collect my car the service consultant could not even tell me if the gearbox was in the car, the technical advisor was not available. I await his call by mid-day tomorrow.
My loan car was changed for a faulty Lancer that was so disgusting I had to have it washed.
