It is not often that one gets to write about great service so it is a pleasant surprise to for once actually write a positive report. My husband and I walked into Mercedes Benz Menlyn a couple of weeks ago to have a look at the new A250. Mechack was friendly, polite and very eager to assist. We ended up buying a different model but through every step of the process Mechack was on the ball, returning calls and keeping us regularly updated. It is not often that one walks into a luxury vehicle dealership casually dressed and treated with such respect. Please keep up the excellent work!
