Good Follow Up Service

I would just like to congratulate Yuppiechef on their outstanding service. Once you have made an order, it is generated immediately, within half an hour, you receive an e-mail confirming all the deetail. If they don't have the products required that telephone you, where you have options for a voucher or to have the goods sent later. They always follow to make sure you receive your parcel. Once you recieve your parcel there is always a personal, handwritten note and a small gift (magnet). it is so hard to find a company that goes the extra mile and is always so accomoodating and gracious!!!
