Good Evening
I was in your Greenacres branch on Friday morning with a parcel that I want to send up to Pretoria. I was told that the Receiver would receive it between 9am and 4pm today, the parcel has still not been delivered. When I try and trace it its says there isn't such a parcel... The Staff promised to phone me and find out where the parcel is but I haven't been phoned back... Appalling service
