Bryanston BWM JSN very bad customer service

On the 2 September 2013, I had taken my car in for an oil leak. It had ben kept for two days by bryanston BMW JSN. They had supposedly fixed the oil leak amongst other problems that they found -which totalled R14 000. Just over a month later, the oil leak is back. I called the person I dealt with Wandile Ntholeng and Robyn Lowther to explain. I said that due to this huge inconvenience I should be given a courtesy car and I feel that the oil leak should be fixed at no extra charge since I paid for it to be repaired a month ago and it is still leaking. Robyn told me on the phone that she is not able to give me a courtesy car. I think this service is appalling. Due to BMW's inefficiency I have to be inconvenienced a few more days with no car and pay more money to fix something that should have been fixed a month ago.
