This morning i purchased my Major Service with one year Guarantee at Kessel Motors through Groupon. I spoke to a Frans and tried to get my car booked as it is due for a service. He informed that i can drop my car this coming Wednesday between 7:30 - 09:00 am. I then called in later again just to confirm with a Nerine who answered and assisted me glady by also giving me surety that i can bring in my car by early Wednesday morning.
I am now a bit concerned and sceptical of what i find on Hellopeter, wrt to Kessel Motors negative feedback and comments from customers that used them. Mechanically my car is in good stand and I have read what their major service includes and that is what my car needs at the moment. Nothing more and nothing less. The inspection and report on my car will be done as part of their service. (Not Liable for any other costs unless go ahead/consent given from myself). Ive done two service in the last 2 years and that is what I have come accustomed too. I hope that I am not going to be one of the 71% disappointed/disgruntled customers but instead part of the 29% happy but elated customers that will use Kessels Motors services in future...
