Terrible Service after receiving damaged goods!

We bought a car from EBK Autodealers, which we paid full amount for and 5 min after driving it out of the dealer got stuck. Claiming that we bought the car 'voetstoots', after they did not disclose the clutch problem the car had to us, they told us they couldn't refund fix it. Finally the car got completely stuck at their premises, and they now had no choice but to fix the car. Without offering any apology, to say the least, they kept our car and money for 2 full weeks, while I had to see finish how I move around. Finally they came back to us with a bill of more than R10 000, and said that we have to pay 50% of that amount. We agreed to paying it, on a condition that we get to test drive the car for 2 days first. They agreed. When the car came back from Toyota, they now changed the whole story, demanded that we pay R5200 first before they can release the car to us. Need i explain the frustration we've been under the whole time, and as if that was not enough, this! Thinking that maybe the manager was the problem, we then tried to speak to the 'owner', who made it clear that we are the ones who needs to apologies, and not EBK motors!!! Not even to my worst
enemy would I recommend
