I called the call centre regarding a refund due since the 01/10/2013. I called on the 07/10/2013 and was transferred about 5 times and still did not get a response or satisfactory answer
I then decided to sent a request to be contacted. My query was assigned to Itumeleng. Who did not contact me at all. I called her yesterday and she said she will call me before end of business day.
I sent her email again asking her for the feedback.
Now its Wednesday and still no feedback from her.
