I have taken my vehicle to Toyota situated in Parktown, to get my Toyota Yaris Sedan to be serviced for 75 000km. I have then taken off from work to take my car to the dealership and was assured that they will complete the service at 14:45. I then went back to the dealership to collect my car, only to find that they have not serviced my car at all. One of the workers there, by the name of Simphiwe, advised that they are not able to service my car due to their system indicating that the car was supposed to get serviced at 60 000km. I then asked why exactly this is, as my service book states in black and white that the valid km's is 90 000 and valid till 2015. I do not understand how Toyota being a well known car dealership, to actually provide good clients who pays for their name to be driven around on the streets, with incorrect service plan book information? THIS IS!!! I require someone to contact me and service my car asap as i will be delighted to inform CARTEBLANCE of this matter!
