I made a booking for friday the 4th of October 2013 for two days. there was some difficulty doing it online so i resolved to do it on the phone. i found one the great specials running and confirmed my booking and vehicle over the phone.
To my huge dissapointment the car that was given was not the same hired. It did not even fall in the same category and was impractical. it was an absolutely hot weekend in JHB and the Aircon did not seem to be working at full steam.
upon collection i was told that they just dont have any of these vehicles left and if I wanted I could return to the Airport on Saturday at great inconvinience to collect one in the event it became available.
I have always been happy with their service until this.
Customer Loyalty is hard to find now days and if you want to keep your clients coming back to you, it takes a bit more creativity than " come back tomorrow and we will see if we can help you"
