04th Oct I took my Renault Sander to the Nissan/Renault Branch in Rustenburg for a 60km services. The car was not anywhere closed to being from the Nissan /Renault major service that i loyally services from, the following were concerns, oil filter was still greasy and dusty, cables were dusty, engine was oily/greasy and dusty, doors were not lubricated, battery was extremely dusty and had the same sound it had underneath. Next day during enquiry Mr Fedinand Kgampe (Renault Service Advisor) looked at the car, wiped the greasy and dusty oil filter with a cloth, and says this is new as you can see, it has been replaced. Asked him why "are you wiping it if its new and as havent drive'nt anywhere dusty and greasy Mr Fedinand Kgampe (Renault Service Advisor) walked away leaving me while im talking (car bonnet still open and unanswered questions) so humiliate, stressed& inconvenienced). Asked him to call his manager, said his coming on Monday. With absolute no form of politeness nor empathy "the manager is not on duty mam, come on Monday", Mr Fedinand Kgampe (Renault Service Advisor) still walked away.
