Moving from Cape Town to Nelspruit was very daunting. I was looking for removal companies and looked at your usual big named companies as you do, however when they sent out guys to quote me they were all suited and booted which gave me the impression they were pushing targets and not focusing on the actual move... PAPER PUSHERS. Purple Turtle Movz sent a rep out, he was dressed in the company uniform with the logo and basically sold me a service that sounded too good to be true. I was very anxious about it all. Especially them not being known so much but I went with my them and booked my move!!
Neil, the Head of Transportation was always available 24/7 reassuring me throughout, I even contacted them to confirm all was ok 2 days before the move and the staff where lovely and confirmed the job was booked and that I was to sit back and relax lol
On the removal date my partner had to drive down with the cats so I was alone with 2 kids. The team turned up early with a massive truck (didn't know I had that much stuff) it was awesome, they wrapped and packed all my stuff securely it wasn't needed). I'm rubbish with names but Neil who quoted me came in and introduced me to the team
