My fianc? e took her car in for a service at McCarthy Midrand yesterday and we cannot believe the utter service and attitude that we received! The women, Mandy, who helped her has a terrible attitude and was blatantly rude and arrogant and refused to pick her up at the time agreed upon after the service was completed. After a conversation with the service manager, they eventually sent someone to deliver the car by someone who was just as rude as Mandy! The guy just turned around and walked away while my fianc? e was still talking to him. With this you" attitude of him, she was not able to show him where they SLAMMED A DOOR INTO HER CAR!!! Now we cannot get hold of anyone at McCarthy Midrand to get them to fix this! I am super at McCarthy at the moment - if someone don't contact us TODAY to fix this, I WILL speak to the ombudsman and the newspapers and even go as far as to report this to the police as damage to property!
